step 1:

You have already decided to work with us, yay! You should receive a confirmation email with these instructions after you have filled out the service form.

What you need to do now:

• For printed photographs in a photo album, we need you to take those photos out of the album. We do NOT do that for you.

• Please check your printed photographs and film for mold and mildew. We will NOT accept items that are over a 1/3 covered in mold and we will NOT accept wet items.

Please disregard this step if your photographs, film, or both are already out of the album.

step 2:

After you have picked the photos, film, or both that you want to send you will need to find a box or bubble mailer big enough to fit all the items without folding them. For example: printed photographs should be laid flat. The developed film should also be stored flat. Nothing should be scrunched or folded.

step 3:

Now that everything has been placed into your mailer, you will need to print out your pre-paid shipping label if you asked to receive one and put it on your mailer. If not just head to the post office. If you didn’t receive a pre-paid shipping label we will email you our address in our confirmation email.
